Marbella agents estimate that the year-on-year rise in the western part of the Costa del Sol to be around 15%. For this year, the property portal giant Idealista expects Costa del Sol real estate prices to continue registering much higher increases than Spain generally with high demand from foreign buyers looking to purchase second homes in Marbella and the surrounding areas.
